Digital course purchases are eligible for a refund request within 7 days of purchase if the course has not been substantially consumed.
How to request a refund
Email admin@lakshyaacademylms.in with your order email, payment reference, and reason. We review requests and respond within 5 business days.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and bank.
Fraudulent, duplicated, or unauthorized transactions will be investigated and handled according to applicable requirements.
